The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium where the Kansas City Chiefs play and KC Royals Stadium.

"This was our second year to stay in Olivia’s wonderful apartment, and we think we’ll make it an annual tradition. This year we came to KC to attend a Halloween music event in the area of 18th and Vine, a wonderful area steeped in history and culture and only about 10 minutes away. Next year we hope to stay longer so that we can continue to explore the area and also enjoy the rooftop patio and relaxed atmosphere of the apartment for a longer time!"

"I can not say enough good things about this property and our host. We were there for a concert and the location was amazing. Very clean property, wonderfully decorated and well stocked with all we needed for kitchen/ linen needs. Our host provided excellent communication and answered any questions we had. "We had some friends in town for a girls weekend and instead of a couple cramped hotel rooms, we rented this fabulous loft for the night. The property was darling and so perfectly furnished. We were all able to sit in the living room together, around the kitchen table and around the beautiful island in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. (Admittedly, we are a tough crowd.) We would highly recommend this unit as the owners haven’t missed a thing to make the stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks for thinking of everything!"

Girls Weekend!
"We loved our stay in KC thanks to this apartment. The location is just blocks from the streetcar which we used daily to get to our destinations (River Market, Power and Light, and Union Station). We had no use for the car and left it in a nearby garage for three days, which saved on trying to find parking each time we visited a new area. Overall I felt safe with my family, kids ranging 6 months to 16, and we all slept comfortably. The rooftop patio was a favorite for the evenings, with a cool breeze, nice view, and was surprisingly quiet! I’m not a city goer by any means, but choosing this apartment made our mini vacation an authentic and worthwhile stay."

"The loft had everything that you need to feel like home. The furniture was comfortable. The loft has a nicely updated bathroom and kitchen. It was clean. The washer and dryer were nice to have and they provided detergent and fabric softener. Codes for doors and elevators provided additional security. Nice walkable neighborhood. Plenty of food close by as well as shopping and music. We will be coming back! And did I mention the rooftop deck. Love it!"

Wonderful downtown loft - very clean and comfortable
"This is the third stay at this amazing property! This loft is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Power and light, the Plaza, Arrowhead stadium and much more. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Very very comfortable place to stay. Also enjoyed a little time on the roof top! I will be back!"
