OUR STORY
Kansas City, MO:
Our lofts are located in KC's Central Business District, just steps from many of KC's largest companies and the region's central Financial District. Quality Hill Executive Lofts are centrally located within walking distance of everything Kansas City's downtown offers. You can walk to the Power & Light District, the River Market, or the Crossroads within a few minutes. Hundreds of destinations are moments away. More than 50 unique and captivating restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues are all clustered in a few blocks. P&L is less than 10 minute's walk, but still far enough away to avoid the crowds.
Pismo Beach, CA:
Beautifully updated 3-bedroom condo on the SAND in the coveted, gated Pismo Shores complex! Steps to downtown Pismo: restaurants, bars, cinnamon rolls, award-winning clam chowder, and dune buggies. Less than an hour's drive to Hearst Castle, wine tasting in Paso Robles, and the seals in Cambria. Our tri-level condo has two decks: one large deck overlooking the beach and a second deck off the master bedroom. Both have the same breathtaking view of Pismo Beach and make it possible for the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully updated. There is new flooring throughout the entire condo. The pool, spa, and club house are there for your use and are literally only steps away.
